Apraxia

We have a 3 year old preemie who for the most part is now a happy and healthy little boy but he has apraxia of speech and very little language.  He was born on Dec 28th so unfortunately he will be starting school this september but we are worried about his transition into school with Apraxia.  Just wondering if anyone else also has a preemie with apraxia and any advice for our journey in the education system.  I am wondering if I will be able to get him support and how to modify his program so that he will feel successful even though the kindergarten program is primarly an oral language focus.  Also wondering if anyone has anyone they would recommend for private speech therapy.  Jackson attends Erinoakkids but were are worried it is not enough support.
